Our farming experts use decades of experience and modern technology to ensure we harvest the best vegetables at the best time, package and lock in their goodness then get them to you as quickly as possible.

To ensure the best quality and taste of vegetables directly from the farm, we make sure to pick the crops at the ideal time of ripeness. We then move fast to lock in the vegetables natural nutrients and flavour. The same day it's harvested - we transport our vegetables by truck to our freezing and packaging facilities. We select our harvest from quality Eastern European gardens that are all natural, organic or kosher certified and responsibility farmed.

Most of our vegetables are frozen and packed out of Macedonia, with the remainder being packed out of Italy, Serbia, Bulgaria and other Eastern European countries. We have implemented the use of software operated freezing tunnels. This ensures even and perfectly timed and frozen vegetables and we believe it provides the best quality frozen produce for your customers and your family. After the vegetables pass through the freezing tunnels, they are then packaged and shipped to retailers. The whole freezing process is like stopping the natural clocks of time on ripe produce, so the vegetables lose less of the fresh-picked goodness that's present the moment they are harvested.
